Rated 3 stars, the 105 m2 apartment is air-conditioned, with 30 m2 terrace. Ideally located 250 meters from the pond of Thau overlooking the pond and 700 meters from the beaches, upstairs from a villa, very comfortable staircase, independent entrance, very well insulated, it is good for couples and families (with kids) equipped with sunbathing, umbrella, table for eight people, southwestern exposure, very pleasant. Studio 2 to 4 people on the 1st line (seafront), 28 m², bright, quiet, on the ground floor of a small house from the 60s. Covered terrace of 35 m² directly overlooking the sand (sea 50 meters away but dune view in front). Ceiling at 1.95 meters (6ft 5in). Total independence and deep cleaning between each guest. If you can't book through airbnb (There are often computer problems), type apartment charlottesparadise on the internet and contact me directly.
