Barkly Beach House is a brand newly renovated home designed with relaxing coastal holidaying in mind, with everything you need and nothing you don't. The minute you walk through the door you will want to kick off your shoes, play some tunes and mix yourself a drink. The Flume surf break is 500 mts walk away as is the Boardwalk that takes you to the Breakwater to your right and the Hopkins River Mouth to your left. Also 5mins walk away is Fletcher Jones gardens and a Fish and Chip shop.

Just a 1.6Km walk from the local village shops, cafés, pubs, playground, and its famous fish and chip shop! The cottage has a rustic, old-world charm, with a wood heater and quarry tiled flooring in the kitchen and one in the snug too, and offers both a relaxing & peaceful country getaway.

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area. It is situated behind another residence, a larger Airbnb. 1.6 kms from the Main Street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches, it’s around the corner from the Fletcher Jones gardens, fish + chip shop, laundromat and cafe Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval upon booking. The bed is double - so cosy! If you’re 6’4” it’s maybe not ideal!

You’re own seperate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush ensuite & Lockable doors and block-out blinds.
