Villa surrounded by greenery with wonderful views of the Gulf of Orosei, a few minutes walk from the beaches of Sas Linnas Siccas. The other nearby beaches on the coast are easily reached by car. The sea accompanies us in every room, the sun illuminates all rooms, the verandas are ventilated by a slight cool breeze. The interior spaces are spacious, comfortable, elegantly furnished. Two individually air-conditioned bedrooms. Double bathroom. Indoor and outdoor shower. Full optional kitchen.

Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.
