A new home constructed in 2021 that is a 5 minute walk to the beach from 25th Street. Located in the heart of Old Beach with numerous restaurants, bars, high end supermarket and the boardwalk all within walking distance from the home. The home consists of 3 bedrooms, a bonus room with a king size bed, and a media room/office with a queen size pullout sofa. Bay Lake is decorated in a coastal farmhouse style. Master bedroom w/ en-suite offers a queen bed. BR2 offers a queen bed. Finally, BR3 offers a twin over full bunk bed. The property backs up to Lake Holly and is a three story duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located on a secluded deadend street so you wont have to deal with beach traffic and their is dedicated parking. The backporch is perfect for enjoying the abundant wildlife in the shallow estuary of Lake Holly or venture out a short walk to the oceanfront or Rudy's Inlet.

Completely remodeled in 2021. 3bedrooms 2.5 bath Less than a mile to ocean. Ranch house, deck out back , large fenced yard. Large kitchen, easy parking close to the beach. Close to oceanfront, boardwalk, restaurants, whole foods, trader joes, target, walmart etc No parties, events, or gatherings, only 9 people allowed at house at any time.
