The Lynnhaven Beach Facility and Marina is around the corner. Off street boat trailer parking. Welcome boaters. 3 bdrm and 2 bath townhome with Master California King Suite w/ private bath/balcony, Queen suite/ balcony. Twin room has XL twin beds. Our home has 400 ft. deck off the front, nestled in the treetops with views of the bay.

The property backs up to Lake Holly and is a three story duplex with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is located on a secluded deadend street so you wont have to deal with beach traffic and their is dedicated parking. Completely remodeled in 2021. 3bedrooms 2.5 bath Less than a mile to ocean. Ranch house, deck out back , large fenced yard. Large kitchen, easy parking close to the beach. Close to oceanfront, boardwalk, restaurants, whole foods, trader joes, target, walmart etc No parties, events, or gatherings, only 9 people allowed at house at any time.
