Fabulous apartment in park avenue

The apartment is located on the second floor in a quiet street, overlooking Lukasiewic Park, right next to the banks of the river Warta. On the ground floor of the townhouse is the "Plan" restaurant, where you can eat breakfast and have a delicious coffee. 60m away in the patisserie of Bezova, you can enjoy 50 flavors and other sweets. From here you can walk to the main attractions of the town, such as the Old Market (15min), the Tumsky Islands with the cathedral (20min), the Maltese Lake (15min) , Citadel (25min).

Lovely bright apartment with an open plan living room/kitchen, bedroom, en suite bathroom and an additional toilet. Fast internet and access to a lovely sunny patio come with the flat. The patio overlooks the university gardens and tennis courts which give it the holiday feel all year round. We are renting our beloved flat while we are away so it is for you to enjoy. PLEASE REFER TO THE OFFER DESCRIPTION 😊 I invite you to a flat in the Old Town district- on Szyperska Street. The area is safe and quiet. There is a bakery and shops (Żabka, Biedronka) by the block. The Old Market Square, Ostrów Tumski, the river and the Citadel are in close proximity. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

A cozy apartment in a beautiful area, close to the center of Poznań and Ławica airport! Lake Rusałka, Lumina Park and Park Sołacki in the immediate vicinity, free parking next to the building, and public transport allows you to get to the center in 10 minutes. The apartment is located in a high-class building in a quiet area, at the same time in close proximity to the Old Market Square (7 minutes on foot) and Warta (5 minutes on foot). A brand-new apartment in a perfect location

The apartment is located in a very quiet location, right next to the bike path that runs along the Warta River, and at the same time very close to the Old Town. The perfect place for a weekend tour of Poznań, a business trip, a sports competition, or a bike tour of the city. The block has only 29 apartments, so you can be sure that there is peace and intimate atmosphere. The price includes a parking space in the garage (except for LPG cars😉)
