Apt for those who want to spend a family vacation 20 meters from the sea of Caiobá, with a view of the sea. 3 bedrooms being 1 suite with air and ceiling fan, maxflex box bed, closet and tv, bedroom 2, with air and ceiling fan, 2 single box beds that can be joined into double bed, closet and tv, full bathroom, bedroom 3 with double bed, ceiling fan and cabinet. Living room, kitchen and balcony with integrated barbecue and smart tv, wifi, minibar and beautiful views of the pools and the sea close to everything.

Apartment on the 1st floor by the sea with a privileged view of Caiobá Beach, in one of the most famous buildings of Caioba,Monte Carlo,close to the market,ASPP, bakery,ice cream shops,pharmacy, pizzeria. PLEASE NOTE:this apartment does not have a garage from 12/25 until 01/25 but I can do it on other dates. We provide 1 umbrella and 3 beach chairs. On the sand, people rent too.
