The house is located a few hundred yards from the town center. It is spacious, old style, with rustic furniture. Free parking is available in front of the house. Nearby are the Lakes (Lake Dienville,Lac du Der, Lac de Mesnil St Père) and its beaches, the Velovoie des Lacs (42 km lane), the Nigloland amusement park, the Charles de Gaulle Memorial in Colombey, the two Churches Joa Casino du Lac du Der in Giffaumont, and the Pan de Bois Churches circuit.
