Recently renovated, the house is big and comfortable for families and friends who want to enjoy their vacations in their own house! With two bedrooms, a large bathroom with tub and two sinks, tv, wi-fi, living room and kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances (refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave), where you can prepare your own meals. There isan air condition and solar panel with hot water all hours and for all visitors! Outside the house, there is a beautifully decorated courtyard!

The loft is located right on Chrissi Akti Public Beach (Golden Beach), one of the best beaches close to Chania (4km, 8min), accessible also by bus. It offers an amazing view to the sea. The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.
