Brand new penthouse condo right off of Rruga B (area with restaurants, bars, other shops). Our condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The living area is 110 sq meters, plus 50 sq meters of balconies for your enjoyment. Great views of the City of Prishtina and of the Sunset from the main balcony. Less than a 5 minute drive to Downtown, which is a straight road up and down the Sunny Hill. Plenty of parking available. Minimarket and coffee shops within the building complex.

Bright & Lovely - City Center

Sometimes pictures tell more than words. One thing is for sure, we’ve made this out of love. Located in the very heart of Prishtina, close to famous restaurants and cafe bars, most preferred by internationals. Moreover, big windows make it bright :-). What's new: Netflix & air conditioner :)
