For rent, our lovely family home in the hills of Le Marche, with a fabulous view on the Cesano Valley. The house has a large, heated, private pool (11 x 5 m), four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + outdoor kitchen with pizza oven. Enjoy dinner under the veranda with a view on the sunset! The house is surrounded by farmland & forrest, on a large private terrain with fruit- and olive trees. Still, it's only a 10 minute drive to the beautiful town of Pergola - with shops and a (food) market on Saturday.

It is a beautiful 19th century house, renovated, immersed in the quiet of Frasassi Park. In the garden it has a 12m x 6m deep pool from 1.20 m to 2.50 m and a jacuzzi, reserved for guests of the villa. With its 10 beds it is suitable for groups of friends, large families or 2 families. The kitchen is well-equipped, and on the veranda there is a fireplace/barbecue and a wood-burning oven. It is 10 minutes from the Grotte di Frasassi, 6km from Arcevia (An), 8km from Sassoferrato (An).

Apartment in villa immersed in Monte Cucco park. 2 bedrooms (with the possibility of adding a single bed), 1 bathroom with shower. A large living room with fireplace and kitchenette. The garden part (delimited by a dividing net) including a swimming pool, barbecue, covered patio and main entrance are for accessibility and exclusive use of the guest.
