It was part of the military barracks built in 1738 known as Caserma San Carlo that once housed the "Dragons" military department , with its lodging and stables. At the end of the 1800's most of the building was transformed into housing and sold to private people. This loft was recently restored and renovated with care, preserving its typical architectural features.

Our beautiful loft is located in the heart of Sant'antioco, close to the Basilica and the main archeological sites of Sant'Antioco. The loft is perfect for a couple or a couple plus one person. It is very comfortable and carefully furnished. There is an open space with living and dining area, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for you comfort. The restroom is located in this floor. Upstairs there is the bedroom, and access to the balcony.

Studio apt with patio in the archeological centre

Studio apartment in the archeological part of Sant'Antioco. What people love about my house: it is very quiet and silent, the temperature inside the house is very cool and fresh even when outside it is very hot, and they like the patio with aromatic plants. I just planted also a lemon tree. What people like less: there is not so much natural light in the bedroom, but this is the reason why the temperature is very cool and fresh also in August.
