Located in Umbria, in the green heart of the Italian countryside, you will find two welcoming mini apartments, near the medieval city of Gubbio (30 min by car). Our structure is the classic countryside escape. You will be welcomed by your Suite, consisting of a double bedroom, living room with TV and large sofa bed and private bathroom with shower and by us, Giulia and Nathan. Casale Monticchio - The Pigsties, up to 3 people

We created this 90sqm apartment from the old pigsties. Why they gave the pigs three beautiful south facing arched windows we still don’t know! The open-plan layout was designed to take into consideration wheel chair access as this is the only apartment on one level. The feeling is quite contemporary with one stone wall and the others being painted white. It is the most secluded of our apartments as it faces south onto the open fields toward Mercatello, where there is a nice bar run by Paola.

The accommodation is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (the DOUBLE VERSION IS NOT PROVIDED) with a bathroom with the bathroom and shower. THE KITCHEN IS NOT THERE. It is part of a villa completely surrounded by greenery. Just 2 km from the historic center of Gubbio, with private parking. The place is new, equipped with heating, sheets and towels, a coffee maker, tea kettle and herbal teas and a hairdryer. Tourist Tax is paid on site.

A large attic of 35 sqm, on the third floor - without elevator- with a double bed, and a single one, 20 sqm terrace, private external bathroom with window and shower. At 5 minutes from 'E 45, 10' walking from the city center; not far from a large park, the railway station and the bus station. Just in front of the house a large free parking is avalaible, a toll parking is only 5 minutes away. We speak English, Spanish and Portuguese.

A few kilometers from characteristic Medieval villages: Anghiari , Monterchi, Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Santuario della Verna. Ability to take beautiful walks in the woods, and 200 meters away with the possibility of booking horseback rides. It is allowed to bring Pets . A particularly cool climate. There is no need for air conditioning. Large giordino suitable for children .

Original and Authentic, Beauty and Relaxation. Essential, nice and comfortable decor; wooden floor, exposed beams. The house, immersed in silence and greenery, from the inside gives the impression of being a single little house in the woods. Private bathroom. Kitchenette. Wonderful view. 5 km from San Severino! If you want a child, you can sleep in the small sofa bed upon request.

A few steps from Piazza Matteotti, Viale Colesanti begins which will lead you to the lake, under a gallery of century-old plane trees.
