This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Immersed in the breathtaking countryside, the home is located close to the center of Ceglie Messapica. Dine at exceptional family-owned restaurants, browse through the local markets, and go for a hike or bike ride through the valleys. you have a park for your car, in 20 mintes you arrive on the Adriatic sea beaches, in 30 minutes you can arrive on the Ionico sea beaches.

Newly renovated Trullo Saraceno suitable for a couple . In a single space, an area has been created with a double bed, a small kitchen equipped with everything and with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a large dishwasher, a bathroom with a large shower and a private veranda with an umbrella, chairs and a coffee table . The trullo is not isolated but located in an area with 2 other trulli used for rentals (a very small village) . In front of the trullo there is a pine forest with a relaxation area and plenty of space to walk .

Trullo Ciliegio- "Il Colle del Noce" with pool

Our trulli are close to 3 fantastic towns: Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (8 km). By walk you can reach a grocery, a playgrownd with picnic area. There are cycling routes, and farms not far from the residence. An aquatic park, a zoo and the Castellana's caves are about half hour from the house. The sea are 30 km from our place. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees. The rental is fantastic for cuples, families and groups

Local trullari masters have revived this magical place using local techniques and materials. The result is a private property where you can spend a real experience. From the zero-km fruit and vegetables of our organic garden to the jogging path in the countryside where there are 1950 native plants and 45 olive trees. From the intimate SPA usable in both summer and winter to the majestic gazebo allocated on the farmyard where once the wheat was beaten. Alberobello is only 1.5 km away.

Trulli immersed in the heart of the Itria Valley. They have a swimming pool (shared) and hydro-massage. The property has a double bedroom, a very large living room with an attached double sofa bed, a full bathroom and an equipped kitchen. Outside there is a veranda with a gazebo, garden, barbecue and parking. A few kilometers away you will find very coveted destinations (Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni beaches, Torre Canne and Monopoli)

Exceptional house right on the beach.

° A two level house right on the beach. ° Terrace only a couple of meters from the sea. ° Modern design, new amenities, beautifully furbished. ° Ideally located to visit the jewels of the Salento, Italy's heel. ° Spectacular beach in seaside town. Desolate in winter. Great fun in high season. ° 55' from Brindisi Airport. ° Thomas and Els used to be the owners of another very appreciated holiday home. The accommodation is in the heart of the Itria Valley, about 5 km from the main centers: Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello. The structure, composed of 2 trulli and a "lamia", internally, has a double bedroom, a large bathroom, dining room with sofa bed and stove. For the little ones is set up a play area with swings, slides and playhouses. My accommodation is suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (gay friendly).
