Rustic house right on the sand of the beach located on the suburbs of Rota norte, between El Puerto de Santa Maria and Chipiona. You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

New luxurious historic apartment near cathedral

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

House located in the center of the city,has its own garage for the use of guests, less than a minute from the cathedral and city hall, and 5 minutes from Renfe and buses, without the need of a vehicle you can visit the entire old town of the city and if you want a beach in 10 minutes you are in it, without the need of a car or bus. Garage measures 4;5 m long and 2.5 wide Pedestrian street,sunny and very quiet community.

This apartment is located in the best promenade area,full of restaurants , year-round beach bars and canopy terraces. There is good connection to downtown ,walking 30 min for one. Very nice walk,also bus N7 just below apartment and taxi stop 3 min on main avenue if they come by car there is free parking in the surroundings , white area and private parking 50 mts Supermarket 200mts ,pharmacy 100mts

We've increased our strict cleaning and disinfecting measures. Pool open from June 20 to September. Do not allow pets.
