Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central condo. You can walk from your bed to the beach or enjoy a day at the pool. If you don't want that, we have access to nearby restaurants such as Los Quioscos de Luquillo , which are an 8-minute walk away. The town is 6 minutes from the apartment where you can visit and enjoy La Pared, which is famous for being a surfing beach. Also if you need to buy food and other necessities there is a supermarket and Walgreens which takes a minute by car.

Spacious studio apartment, located on the 22nd floor with stunning views of the East Coast Icacos and Palomino Islands. Unit has cooktop, microwave, and full size refrigerator. Kitchen is also equipped with utensils, crockery and cutlery. The complex has a laundry area on ground floor with washer and dryer for a small fee.
