Casa namaste is a small stone farmhouse with very well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio The house is completely surrounded by forest and centuries-old oaks 150 meters away the river Cecina flows in the garden of 5000 square meters. There is a natural spring with a large stone bathtub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery.We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Our small property is located in the heart of Maremma, 10 km from the beautiful Argentario sea and 15 km from the evocative Maremma natural park. We are located 45 km from the famous Saturnia hot springs. Only 12 km from Grosseto. Ours is a 100% pet friendly property, offering a large garden for our guests and their four-legged friends. Lovely newly renovated house (2023) with a beautiful view of the Ombrone Valley, where you can admire a wonderful sunrise and appreciate the wonderful Tuscan Maremma. Excellent finishes, 4 beds, air conditioning, very central to the typical Tuscan village Sasso D'Ombrone. 100 meters from the Bar/Market/Emporio, post office and bus stop. A 1500m da Albus Alpacas (Alpaca Experience). Serious and helpful owner.

Central apartment, near the beach

Recently built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids and animals. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it even before Covid 19, now all the more so.

Large garden, suitable for children and animals. A short walk from the sea and the beautiful pine forest; in a few minutes on foot or by bike, you can also easily reach the promenade and the city centre, where nightlife takes place. Really suitable for a quiet holiday on the beautiful Tuscan coast.
