Suitable recycled in front of Rambla in the HEART OF DOWNTOWN! It has a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Possible to add a crib. A/C in living room. Must climb to access. All services 1 block away: supermarket, exchange, pharmacy, dentist, collection network, shops, gas station, pub, cyber, restaurant,cafeteria and ice cream shop, bank and of course our beautiful boulevard! Overlooking the sea. Very well lit. It has two bedrooms on the lower floor and kitchen, living-living-dining room and terrace with grill (barbecue) on top. The double bedroom has air conditioning and a window with exit to the front of the house. Both rooms have placard. The house is located just 100 meters from the beach (across the street).
