Independent house typical of the Hautes Alpes located at the entrance of the Clarée Valley (3 km from Briançon, 8 km from Montgenèvre and 10 km from the 1st ski resort of Serre Chevalier). Rating 2* Furnished tourist accommodation. In summer you can take advantage of the small fenced garden (deckchairs, barbecue). In winter, from the living room with its fireplace and evenings by the fire. Easy parking at the front of the house. Beds made on arrival, towels provided. The house is strictly NON-SMOKING

Beautiful house completely renovated. Everything has been redone: facade, roof, terrace, windows, shutters, balcony, outdoor staircase and veranda with foosball, ping pong Jacuzzi table. New kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction stove. Shower jets massage. Located in the heart of the city 400m from the Sncf train station, 10 min on foot from the Prorel gondola departure, next to the bus stop and a supermarket. Beautiful garden . Garden furniture. Very nice view.
