The home features a 3 bedroom 1 full bath ranch style home with full dry basement. There is a deck overlooking Lake Erie with panoramic views, also a deck in the back yard with a gas grill and lots of yard for playing yard games with private drive all on level ground absolutely no pets! or animals due to severe allergies! Large dock with a great swimming area, out door patio with brick fire pit. This cottage has a equipped kitchen with a stove , refrigerator with ice maker , microwave, and dish washer.
