Wonderful holiday home with cablecar to ski area

2 bedroom apartment in the Walensee Resort with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, ski storage, laundrette, covered parking. The resort is surrounded by mighty mountains, ideal for skiing and all sorts of winter activites. The cablecar is 200m/3min walking distance and goes directly to Flumserberg with amazing slopes in the winter, and hiking, climbing and biking trails in the summer. A luxurious thermal bath & spa is only 20min drive and a huge indoor sports complex 15min away.

The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. 20 minutes from the city center (by train) located next to the lake with use of the Sauna. free night Parking along the main road 2 minute walk to the trainstation with your own entrance to the studio. the sauna is next to your entrance and free to use, there is a Bar open till 2 am 5 min. away. and a steakhouse above it a pizzeria is next door. 2 bakery's in the village. there is a nice footpath thru the forrest along a small river where there is a grill place

Luxury 3.5 room apartment right on the Walensee

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.
