The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace, watch TV with over 30 programs. This beautiful vacation house is located in a small village near Rijeka and Crikvenica, and only 2 min walk to the beach. In the walking distance there is a market, post office, caffe bar and restaurant. The house is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area, suitable for completely relaxed holidays. My place is close to the sea and is located in a beautiful landscape. You’ll love my place because you are staying in wonderful nature,situated at hamlet Škuncini stani, but still not far away(6km) from city of Novalja, where are supermarkets, restaurants, etc. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). House is fully equiped for 8 persons. Gas heating water for showering. Air conditioner in each bedroom. We are always at your disposal!
