Villetta Giacomo is a beautiful independent house with swimming pool, whirlpool and a large veranda. Guests will always be welcomed with courtesy in a simple but well-kept environment. The main body of the house consists of a living room communicating with the kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, two double bedrooms and two internal bathrooms + one external. The house is equipped with all household necessities. It is about 2 km from the "Santa Maria del Focallo" beach and 7 km from Pozzallo.

Modern Villa, with Pool & Beach Proximity

The villa is situated in a large lot with double entrances all on one level. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with custom eat-in kitchen. Outside their is a front veranda with a large table perfect for morning breakfast facing beautiful palm trees and a small garden area. A much larger veranda in the back gives you plenty of space to relax, eat and drink while facing the brand new chic pool area. Perfect at night as well. This villa is the perfect getaway for a small family or a small group.

All rooms have en-suite shower. 2 rooms have king size bed, 4 rooms have 2 single beds or 1 king size bed at guests' choice (2 rooms have mezzanine bed areas), one room has a single bed. The dining room and a shady patio are served by the large kitchen. A large panoramic terrace overlooks the Ionian sea.
