Urriðafoss Apartments is located in amazing nature, at the front of the waterfall Urriðafoss, that is located in the River Þjórsá in Southwest Iceland. The house was built 2022 and has a big windows so our guests can enjoy the view. The house is surrounded by beautiful wildlife at the summer time and the northern lights at the winter time. Urriðafoss Apartments is fully equipped with wifi, TV, combo washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, fridge, all necessary kitchen tools and hot tub.

Then Hvílusteinn is perfect as a getaway from the city into the wilderness & as a base camp for South Iceland, within 100 km you have most of Iceland's popular gems! Airport about 170km away. It's nice to just enjoy the local nature and the northern lights in this remote and secluded area of the countryside with a private outdoor shower and shared indoor shower and a sauna. Bjarmaland Cottages is your home away from home when you explore the Golden Circle and the South of Iceland. Beautifully decorated and cozy cottages in the small greenhouse village Laugarás. This small village is initially built by greenhouse farmers. They settled here because of the area's hot water (geothermal area). In Laugarás there has been a medical center for a long time. A unique place by a lake within the Golden Circle.

Our newly built second home is located in Útey 2, by the Laugarvatn Lake. Útey 2 used to be an old farm and is around 720 acres (320 hectares) and have been in the family for generations. Most of the south side of Lake Laugarvatn is part of the land so you can have complete privacy. You can take a long walks in private, go paddling in our double seated canoe, relax in the hottub with tens of km. of unobstructive view, watch the birdlife and even try your luck fishing for trout.

Austurey lakefront cottage

A peaceful cottage on a small hiltop with a great view overlooking lake Apavatn where there is much birdlife (you maight be able to see ducks, loons or swans from the patio). The house is stylish and newly renovated. There are two spacious bedrooms plus a sleeping sofa. The view from the hut tub is amazing. The cottage is close to the nearest town (7 km) and to many of Iceland´s best known tourist attractions so it is a good base for exploring. Reg. HG-00017228

Beautiful and Cosy Cabin - Sleeps 4.

This is our lovely guesthouse situated just a few miles from the Golden Circle and tourist attractions such as Gullfoss & Geysir. Great location if you are exploring the south of Iceland. Our cabin is very family friendly with a private playground in a very safe environment. NOTE: This is a self catering cabin with linens, towels and bedding provided but guests make their own beds. The space between the 2 rooms is separated by a net curtain only.
