The home has been recently redecorated and is welcoming with two outdoor dining areas. Walking distance to markets, art & glass galleries, river & restaurants. There is a rental apartment in part of the downstairs floor area that has separate access and their own courtyard, so we appreciate your consideration for noise.

Walking distance to supermarket, wetland walkways and parks. 15 minutes to Feilding or the acclaimed Gorge walk
