The Gecko Bach, Tiny Home Accomodation

The Gecko Bach cleaning fee has been removed. The Bach is small but big on comfort- hopefully there is everything you need! An outdoor bath & use of our spa. A 1 -2min walk to coffee, walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to mall, train/bus station, library, restaurants, cafes. Raumati Beach & shops are only a 20min walk or catch the bus -bus stop outside the gate We are a smoke/vape free property. Listed for 4 using pallet couch as double bed. No matter how long we hope you have a wonderful stay :)

Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Cosy bach on beach, Raumati South, Kapiti Coast

Beachfront - only a single lane servicing one other property separates bach from the beach. Breath-taking views of the breaking waves, and from the Kaikouras to Kapiti Island. Wellington is 48kms away (an approximately 50 minute drive). Two fantastic cafes/licensed restaurants, plus a takeaway shop and dairy/convenience store 300m away. A great bach for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or to spend time with friends. Go to sleep snuggled in luxury linen to the murmur of the waves.

Raumati Beach retreat, clean, peaceful, quiet

Guest love this.... as prior guests have said , very private, very clean and close to to everything... its newly decorated a fully self contained studio, with private shower and toilet facilities. Private entrance to a very private studio set within a very tranquil magic garden, with private deck with great value. The studio has fridge, and also tea and coffee facilities, ( cutlery for breakfast ) Wifi access. Very close beach access and all local cafes etc

A BLUE TRIANGLE at Raumati Beach

Our sunny, comfortable, two-storey house is ideal for a couple or a couple with small children. The master bedroom/ living area upstairs is spacious with beautiful views of Kapiti Island. The stairs are a little awkward for the elderly and the very young although we now have carpet tiles on the stairs. There is no handrail. There is no bathroom upstairs. Sitting/ kitchen area downstairs and the bathroom and second bedroom are also downstairs.

Great studio near beach, shops & restaurants

Our self contained guest suite is on a quiet street and not far from Raumati Beach shops (3 min's by car/10-15 min walk)...and you are spoilt for choice with cafes, bakery, restaurants, bars and a safe swimming beach. Enjoy your privacy and own space with a functional kitchenette with a microwave and bench top oven, best shower pressure ever, fast internet for business or just for leisure ...or just relax with a movie on Netflix.

Kakapo Kabin - prime location.

New purpose built studio. Clean, fresh and light, double glazing and insulation. Private with own entrance and off street parking. Popular Raumati Beach ( safe swimming, surf casting, water sports) is down a shared driveway one minute away. There is a small deck and sunny outdoor seating area. The studio is accessed up stairs so not suitable for guests with limited physical ability. Short walk to Raumati Village.
