Soho Artist Studio, breakfast

Jacaranda consists in 3 apartaments in an old house recently renovated, 1 on the ground floor with access to the courtyard, and 2 on the first floor overlooking the garden. This Studio is a compact one room apartment, with double bed, excellent for singles, a bit tiny for a couple but it is ok, private bathroom with shower, room and bathroom overlooking a nice garden. There is air conditioning, cable TV -now new LED TVs-, free Internet Wi Fi, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, safe box, hair dryer, towel heater, between others services. There is no lift. Sheets and towels are 100% cotton, excellent quality. We can leave food in the fridge for your breakfast in the apartment, or we can give you vouchers to go to a nice bar " La Panera Rosa" and have breakfast with toasts and orange juice. ( extra cost: 4 usd each voucher) Regular time for check-ins and check-outs: Check in: 13:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Depending on availability, check in and check out time are flexible. There is a place to keep safe your luggage after check out or before check in. There is no front desk, so it is necesary to organize check in time in advance. Chek-ins before 9 am or after 8pm or during week-ends: in those cases we suggest organizing the transfer from terminals with one of our reliable taxi drivers that could open the apartment for you. Jacaranda location is excellent, this is the main neighborhood for young tourist, surrounded by restaurants, small fancy shops, design stores, etc. Only 3 blocks from Plaza Serrano Cortázar, the well known small square in Soho, and also close to Palermo Hollywood´s bars. It would be quite easy for you to go to other areas of BA by bus, subway or taxi. Taxis are quite cheap here, and it would take no more than 15 minutes to Recoleta or half an hour to La Boca. If you like we can organize a car to pick you up at Ezeiza airport. The transfer for all of you would cost 40 u$s ( day) or 45 u$s( night), and the driver would be there holding a paper with your name written. Other option is Tienda León Bus. This shuttle service is quite convenient if you are a single traveler. It is cheaper, though takes you much more time
