You'll have your own private boat dock for easy access to boating and swimming. Inside, the house features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds. A queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping space for guests. Amazing views of the lake throughout.

Short drive to Clemson University for games or student/family events. Also, short drive to downtown Anderson and Anderson University.

This home is spacious! Deep cleaned! Unfortunately we no longer allow dogs.
