Perfectly equipped up to 6 people maximum. It is a good apartment in a great location, with direct access to the bus stop, the tram and the shopping center with all the services. Well located next to the University and just a short walk away from the city of Murcia. It's also very easily accessible by car because of the ring road next to it. Residential area with parks, walks, Terra Natura, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, church... WIFI of 600 Mb!! Floor 5º. Plaza private park in building
