It includes a living room with a view of the city, a bedroom with a sink and shower, a full kitchen and a toilet. Ideally located 10-15 minutes walk from the historic center (Palais des Princes Evêques), the Gare du Palais (or St Lambert train station), the Opera House and the pedestrian streets of the city center.

A living room where you will find equipped kitchen, a living area + TV and a bathroom insulated by partitions and a door (+ automatic air extractor). Wifi connection + Ethernet exit. Quiet neighborhood and apartment (parties and guests prohibited from 10 p.m. to ensure calm for other guests) supermarkets 4 minutes away, downtown museums 7-9 min away, Le Carré (Bars/cafes) 12 minutes away.

Ideally located 20 minutes walk from the hyper center of Liège (Rue Saint-Paul – Place Cathédrale), 10 minutes from the Palais des Congrès, 5 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Mediacité. Just next to a Delhaize and 2 minutes from a series of shops (bakery, butcher shop, bank,...) Easy parking on the docks.

Duplex with amazing views

Once you arrive on the 9th floor of this building with an elevator, you will enter a real cocoon bathed in light. The apartment is indeed very bright and has two bedrooms. Its main asset is its panoramic view of the Meuse. It has a small, well oriented balcony and, at nightfall, the lit city becomes a real spectacle. At the foot of the famous Marché de la Batte on Sundays and a short walk to Rue Hors-Chateau and the center.

GITADIN: Luxury Suite Valens- historic center

Terrace, parking (fee) and bikes ! Stay in this superb renovated flat and you will enjoy a very central but very quiet location, in a pedestrian no-way-out street. Just in front of the museum of walloon life, one of the most beautiful one in the city. At the end of the day, you will enjoy the jets bathtub , a tea or coffee, in your finely decorated accomodation. You will feel like in an expensive suite in a hotel !
