Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

Our well-kept apartment is located in a quiet location in the valley basin Reutte, in the middle of the outdoor/Tyrol tourism region. The ground floor apartment is part of a single-family house that we live in as a family, but is completely separated with a private entrance. It consists of a bedroom for 2 persons, bathroom with toilet/ bathtub/washer/dryer, fully equipped. Kitchen-living room with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. The castle Ehrenberg can be reached in the summer wonderfully on foot from the apartment and in winter in 5 minutes by car. Apartment 119m2: 3 bedrooms Children's room:space for up to 7 Ki. The key is handed over, if desired, completely contactless! Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (inner village) in the Lechtal. Since this is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.
