Apartment of 65sqm with Fast WIFI 100mb, equipped kitchen, beautiful terrace of 16sqm with table chairs and veranda for outdoor dining, microwave, bathroom with large shower box, air conditioning, washing machine and private parking on request and if available. Table seat, crib. At 200m the sea, 2km the city center, 2km the airport, 3km the fair, 1km the conference hall and the train station. Shopping center at 2km, minimarket at 150m. Bus no. 11 every 10 minutes for all directions.

Anna Apartment Mare e Pineta

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato completamente e inaugurato l'1 Giugno 2017. Si trova al quarto piano di un condominio dal quale si gode di ottima vista. Illuminato per la maggior parte del giorno e fresco grazie alla presenza di numerosi pini marittimi che sono un vero e proprio polmone. Si trova in una posizione strategica dalla quale si possono raggiungere in pochi passi sia la pineta sia la spiaggia nonché tutte le comodità per il soggiorno. Non vi resta che provarlo!

Living area with kitchen and living room, bathroom with shower, sleeping area with two bedrooms (double + triple and one bed to be added as needed). Gated terrace area for smokers. Independent entrance. Free parking. Bright and cozy. It is also rented for a few days. Breakfast is made by you: moka with coffee, various types of teas, biscuits, jams, and cookies.

Cozy and modern three-room apartment with condominium courtyard 300 mt. from the sea, 3.5 km. from the station and the historic center of Rimini. 20 minutes from the Rimini Fair. A few minutes walk we find grocery stores, bars and restaurants . In the months of June , July and August the minimum reservation includes the weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday .
