There is a lot of beautiful nature in the area, ample opportunity to both walk and run long walks as well as bike. Falen Å runs at Jollehavnen, where you can paddleboard and row in kayaking. It is 2 km to the atmospheric harbor environment in Bork Havn. South of the harbor is the surf beach. Experience Bork Legeland or take a ride in the Tipperne Nature Reserve.

The property is completely up to Søndervig Landeväg - with fields on the other three sides. Close to the holiday and seaside town of Søndervig as well as the old and cozy shopping town of Ringkoping with cobblestone streets, walking streets, harbor environment, etc. There is an 18-hole golf course and a new opened Lalandia swimming area in Søndervig. Distance to the beach at Søndervig is 5.5 km while Ringkoping fjord is 1 km from the house. There is a bike path both to Ringkoping and Søndervig.

ELECTRICITY, WATER, BED LINEN, AND ALL FEES INCLUDED :-) My husband and I bought this wonderful cottage in January 2021 with the aim to fully renovate it and then share it with others who appreciate a location directly in the Danish West Coast nature, the amazing tranquility, the big dunes, and the close proximity to the wide North Sea beaches at Haurvig and Hvide Sande.

Lovely holiday home located in Bork Hytteby 2 km from Bork Harbour and overlooking the nature reserve Tipperne. The house is furnished with 2 bedrooms as well as a loft, best own for max 4 people. In the bathroom is a washer and dryer for free use. The kitchen is well equipped and also includes a microwave and dishwasher. The cottage is located on a 600 m ² natural plot. It is 6 km to the North Sea. Falen Å runs close to the house, and is great for paddleboarding, kayaking.

The house has 2 bedrooms and a total of 6 sleeping places - divided into two three-quarter beds and a bunk bed. There are duvets and pillows for 6 people, but bring your own bed linen. There is a large lawn and 3 good terraces. It is about 400 meters to the fjord/beach, and good opportunities for walking/biking in a beautiful nature and play on the water.
