Apartment of 68 m2 renovated, in the corner, very bright and ventilated. Located on 2nd floor with easy access, comfortable and well equipped, with living room and balcony with views, open kitchen to the living room, refrigerator, oven,microndas, toast, washing machine, 32"tv and capsule coffee machine. Toilet with shower, 3 spacious bedrooms with plenty of space for clothes, one with a bed of 150, another with two 90 beds and the last one with a bed of 105. Possibility of a crib without charge. Pets are not allowed, and no private parties.

A balcony to the sea - Front line, facing the sea

A balcony to the Mediterranean, in the best area of Cullera beach, with the whole front wall of folding glass, so that the beach is part of your living room. We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

Beautiful studio on the beach, a fourth floor; 20 minutes from Valencia, with good bus connection and 3 minutes walk from El Perelló, where you will find all the services: supermarket, pastelerias, restaurants,etc. Fully equipped, as it is our home in summer, for a quiet stay in front of the sea and enjoy the amacecer, next to the natural park of the Albufera. Modernist house from 1906, restored with all amenities. Sleeps 8-10. Dining room with three sofas and library, 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, equipped kitchen and great terrace where you can sunbathe. Polinyà has shops, pharmacy, health center, swimming pool and sports facilities. Ten minutes by car to Swedish and Cullera beaches, half an hour to Valencia city. Close to the Alburera.
