The Barn

A recently rebuilt barn in the grounds of the existing owners' house. Fully self-contained and offering comfortable accommodation with full cooking facilities (including a dishwasher) and a large lounge and dining area. It has a spacious bedroom with a very comfortable king size bed. Guests can use the garden facilities and there is complimentary tea, coffee and milk. All towels and bed linen are provided. There is a sofa bed if more than 2 people stay. We can also provide a cot for babies.

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Beautifully restored stone barn in lovely village

Beautifully restored stone barn in a lovely Northamptonshire village. Orlingbury has been named as one of Northamptonshires top village gems. The Barn is in the grounds of our cottage and has been renovated to a very high standard, retaining it's beautiful beams and restored with oak flooring, marble work surfaces, Fired Earth bathroom, White Company bedding, under floor heating and industrial chrome lighting. There is a great pub and cafe in the village and lovely walks.
