Perfect for visiting the Kent countryside which is peppered with stately homes and castles, Pear Tree Garden is set in the middle of a fruit farm with nothing but beautiful views of the Garden of England surrounding it. 1/2 an hour from Royal Tunbridge Wells and Sevenoaks, an hour from historic Battle and Hastings and 45 minutes by train from London. Folkestone, where you can drive through to France via the Eurotunnel, is less than an hour away. One hour from Heathrow and 40 minutes from Gatwick

Cosy Cottage with Woodburner & Countryside Views.

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. Comfortable & cosy 17th century Listed Cottage.

The cottage is in a semi-rural setting. There is a garden with table and chairs for sitting outside, and a BBQ to enjoy summer days. The cottage has everything to ensure your stay is comfortable. Nearby there is a choice of quaint country pubs and the bars and restaurants of Sevenoaks are a short drive. There are lots of wonderful nearby country walks. Hever Castle, Chartwell House (Winston Churchill), & Down House (Charles Darwin) are just some of the attractions within a short drive.

We are pleased to offer our refurbished annex with double bedroom, private bathroom, own front door and a private field for dogs. Oast Cottage is a converted stables attached to the main Oast House. The Oast is set in a conservation area of Boughton Monchelsea which consists of converted farm buildings, listed houses and a 16th Century pub (directly opposite). The area boasts many places to visit (including Leeds Castle), countryside walks, as well as numerous pubs.

Idyllic Barn *reduced rates / limited dates*

*Substantially reduced rates due to building work to main house. No noise disruption but works can be seen and upper garden out of use* Outstanding accommodation. Beautiful 15th century converted barn separate from main house nestling in rural countryside in Chiddingstone. Close to fabulous country pubs & gorgeous castles. Pub 3 mins walk (check opening hrs). Usually a min of two nights peak season. Early check in/late check out requests will try to be met.

A Cosy Cottage With A Fabulous View Close To TW.

This listing is categorically not suitable for groups of singles. Sadly no dogs or children under 16 . Our new cottage has stunning views across Kent, situated down a quiet farm lane with no other houses in sight. We are 10 mins from the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Paddock Wood. It is incredibly cosy with underfloor heating throughout, it is also totally eco friendly. There is an electric car charger for electric cars (payable before charging)

The accommodation can sleep up to 3 guests, but this listing is only for two guests sharing the double room.
