Two-story house in the middle of town, two minutes from the beach. Great living room on the first floor, overlooking a patio with two hammocks. This is a comfortable and nicely decorated three bedroom house. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both with double beds. On the lower ground floor there is a further bedroom with two single beds. There is a lovely terrace at the top with lovely views onto the Botanical Gardens and nice loungers. There is another terrace out of the lounge. There is air conditioning in the lounge. There is a ceiling ventilator in the main bedroom and there are standing ventilators in the otehr bedrooms.

20 meters from the beach. All services , bar, bakery, cafeteria, pharmacy ... Quiet place ideal for rest. Two bedrooms: first bedroom, one double bed. Second bedroom, double bed one single in bunk bed (Children love it). The house is located in a pedestrian street. It has a table outside the house, where you can eat sunbathing. IDEAL!!! NEWLY RENOVATED.
