The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Loving holiday mechanic apartment near Linz. We live very rural but only 9km away from the capital Linz. Perfectly located is our apartment for people passing through, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube bike path) and vacationers. Privacy is guaranteed with your own Airbnb access to the apartment. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/ day Erw. Children to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child friendliness.

You will be staying in an apartment in the attic of a beautiful old Art Nouveau house.
