Immerse yourself in the mix of modern and ancient of this romantic apartment located in a house of the sixteenth century, renovated preserving the most significant elements: exposed beams, fireplace, arched ceiling. Here the light and good life reign supreme. CIR:013075-CNI-00302 Casa Barbagialla is a charming, cool and comfortable apartment, completely renovated. Conveniently located in the historic center of Como. It's absolutely quiet. It accommodates up to 4 people and a child. With 65 m2 total, on one floor, there is a bright living room with fully equipped kitchenette with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining table with 6 chairs, a sofa bed for two comfortable people, a large full-HD screen TV with satellite TV, a romantic fireplace. Adjacent to the living-dining area is a bright double bedroom with a large closet. A bathroom with a toilet, bidet, bathtub with shower and velux roof window. Across the entrance to the apartment, before entering, there is a small closet with the washing machine. Stand-alone heating. Air conditioning and wi-fi internet complete the house's amenities. The entire apartment is available to our guests. In Como there is a tourist tax ranging from €0.50 to €1, depending on the season, per person per day, up to the fourth day of stay. This tax is not included in the cost of the rental and will be paid upon arrival. Children in a crib or crib are allowed free of charge. If needed, a lounger is available for €30/ stay. Pets are welcome. We ask for an additional contribution for the extra cleaning and care of €50/ dog x stay. The heating is self-contained and guests can set the desired temperature. During the cold season, the cost of heating is added at a flat rate of €10/ day. Alternatively, at the choice of guests to be made by check-in, the heating cost is based on consumption at a cost of 1.5 € per m3. Casa Barbarossa is 10 minutes from the train station of the State, S. Giovanni and the train station Deffe Ferrovie Nord, Como Lago. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. The Imbarcadero for boats on the lake is 5 thousand on foot. Casa Barbagialla is located in the pedestrian area of Como, in the historic center within the walls. It is the ideal location to visit the city, the lakefront, museums, enjoy restaurants, wine bars, bars, shopping. Everything is easily accessible on foot, walking a few minutes. The train stations, the lake navigation station, the pier, the funicular to Brunate, the bus station are all within walking distance. Paid parking is available in the area. Ca du Sulfar

Se cerchi un paese soleggiato, immerso nel verde, tranquillo, rilassante e lontano dal traffico di tutti i giorni: Spoccia è il paese ideale (altezza 800 mt) Spoccia si trova in Valle Cannobina a soli 13 km dal Lago Maggiore dove si trova Cannobio (con il caratteristico mercato della domenica mattina ) e dalla Val Vigezzo (detta anche Valle dei Pittori) Cà du Sulfar si trova a pochi passi dal parcheggio percorrendo la caratteristica via principale costruita tutta in piode. Completamente ristrutturata 2 anni fa, particolare attenzione è stata data al soffitto in travi a vista, alla veranda per consumare una prima colazione con la magnifica vista sulla valle e alla scala in legno che conduce al piano superiore. Cà du Sulfar è costruita su due piani: al primo piano cucina a vista con forno tradizionale e a microonde , salotto con camino e un piccolo ripostiglio con lavatrice. Dalla scala in legno si accede alla veranda con un micro museo di attrezzi tradizionali di Spoccia. Al piano superiore si trovano le due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e l’altra con due letti singoli) e il bagno finestrato con doccia. Poiché a Spoccia non ci sono negozi è consigliabile raggiungere il paese con una buona scorta di generi alimentari e non alimentari. Il giovedì pomeriggio (circa alle 14:30) è possibile acquistare frutta e verdura da un venditore ambulante direttamente al parcheggio; sempre al giovedì in mattinata è anche presente un servizio di bus che raggiunge Cannobio con rientro verso mezzogiorno Da Spoccia partono diversi sentieri che conducono ad alpeggi e punti panoramici Si posso effettuare gite/escursioni giornaliere a Verbania , per visitare il fantastico parco di Villa Taranto , Stresa con i suoi alberghi in stile Liberty, da dove si possono effettuare visite alle Isole Borromeo , Orta San Giulio, dalla magica atmosfera medievale Dalle stazioni di Verbania e Stresa sono comodamente raggiungibili in treno Milano e Novara

Recently renovated apartment in the historic center of Cannobio, situated along the lake-front of Lago Maggiore, just a few meters from the water. The apartment is distributed over three levels, and includes two independent bedrooms (one with a balcony of its own), two baths, dining room with kitchen and fireplace, and a double-height living room with rustic beams, an elegant corner fireplace, and a balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is fully furnished, with usual kitchen accessories, dish-washer, clothes-washer, vacuum cleaner, and TV with DVD/CD player. Upon request, sheets and towels may be furnished for a modest charge. Within meters begins a choice between numerous restaurants, trattorie, wine bars, and ice-cream shops. There is a supermarket within five minutes walk, and a large street market every Sunday morning. Also within five minutes walk is the Embarcadero, where it is possible to take boat excursions to a variety of tourist attractions on Lago Maggiore, both in Italy and Switzerland. Cannobio’s nearby Lido offers sunbathing and swimming, with possibilities of various aquatic sports including courses for wind surf and sailing. Adjacent to the Lido are other non-aquatic sports opportunities such as tennis, volleyball, and rental of bicycles or scooters. 200 meters from the apartment begins the bicycle trail that follows the course of the river Canobino, up the valley to the Orrido di Sant’Anna. The mountains in the Cannobina Valley offer various possibilities for excursions, with a network of well-marked trails connecting rustic stone villages along the valley, and reaching Switzerland on the north and the Parco Nazionale della Valgrande on the south, which is a wilderness area with characteristic plants, animals, and historic memories. The apartment will provide basic information on Cannobio, the Canobina Valley, and its network of trails.

The house is called Casa Piccolo Nido, which means "little nest" in Italian. It's located in an historic nucleus with winding pathways and beautiful old homes. The house is a small but spacious three rooms rustico, with a cozy atmosphere, which includes a fire place. There are three floors. The neighborhood is very quiet, even in summer, for a nice relaxing get away close to nature. The hosts are always close by for any last minute necessities. Wi-Fi only from next door signal.
