Copper Cottage. Cosy, comfy, woods and wildlife.

Cosy little cottage with woodburner stove, king size bed, Hungarian goose down duvet and pillows. On the edge of the Anagach Woods with its many walking trails. 10 minutes to the River Spey. We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Hidden Gem, delightful log Cabin near NC500

Relax and enjoy the scenery and wildlife at this unique location, secluded amongst scots pine and birch trees with stunning views, close to the NC 500 and also right on the door step of a Corbet and a Munro for hill walking. There is a beautiful walk around the river blackwater just minutes from the cabin with falls and old bridges. Two nights or more recommended - you will regret it if you don't! Our Orchard Room looks out over our small orchard (figs, plums, apples, pears and cherries, plus grapes in our greenhouse). The Orchard Room offers a kingsize bed without a footboard (better for tall guests!). The spacious Meadow Room (single bed plus breakfast table and vintage sofa) is decorated with original watercolours mainly by Vee and her family. The Black Isle has so much to offer. A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!
