Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The new quality apartment is rural modern furnished and very well appointed. Frasdorf is located at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the foothills of the Alps. Only eight kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and far from the hustle and bustle and stress in all seasons.

800 meters above everyday life - holiday in the Oberlandtal

High above the valley via a mountain road, you can reach the historic house Oberlandtal. Framed by vast mountain meadows on which stone sheep graze relaxed. A dreamlike view of the Watzmann and Hochkalter let them forget the time from the beginning. The cozy attic apartment with a south-facing balcony has been lovingly furnished. The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

The house is in a sunny location with panoramic views. Close by is the enchanting forest, ideal starting point for mountain tours, hikes and skiing. A barbecue area is available in the garden area. Fantastic holiday home

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Perfect for two to three families to she a wonderful summer or winter experience in the mountains.

Almhütte Hausberger

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The homely small house (75 m²) served us as a residence for 10 years.
