A Peaceful Place. Away from it all !

A group of old stone houses,once a working 17C farmstead, on a south facing hillside. Surrounded by meadows and woodland. Relax in this quiet and stylish space. It is very functional thanks to its furnished and spacious kitchen. It is located in a property house,we live next door. It is located in an area 5 minutes walk from the city center and train station. A supermarket with bakery is 150 m away. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning. My place is close to family-friendly activities. The house is perfect for couples, families (with children).There is the crocodile farm (5 km),the grignan castle (20 km),the gorges of the Ardèche(20 km), leisure base with its beach ( 2 km), water ski lift (5 km). Mosquito net at the window. swing , plastic hut, slide and an above ground pool.Private parking The neighborhood is very quiet so party prohibited.

Ground floor house with views of the Vercors. A large bedroom with a 160 bed. A second bedroom with a 140 bed and a small 90 bunk bed. No window in this one. A crib and high chair are available. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Parking on site. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk to the city center of Die, close to many marked trails (hiking and mountain biking).
