Beautiful 19th Century house in a secluded setting overlooking the Vienne river. A perfect space to unwind, relax and recharge, with beautiful woodland views all around. The whole house is included; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, half-covered patio and large garden with an island and 100m of river frontage There is a house manual with all the info you need for a wonderful break! Arrivals any time after 4pm and departure please by 11am to allow for cleaning.

Calm 6 persons house with garden near Limoges

This 72 m² independant house, at the end of the road next to a wood, is build on a 560m² garden, kept clear by a gardener. Composed with 3 principals rooms and a conservatory with a cooler/heater which is the dining room. There is an alarm and every room has electric shutters. You can park in the common parking of the street. Perfect for all ages couples with or without young children. We don't advice this house for teenagers. Of course every nationality people are welcomed !

Our holiday home is at the gates of the Brenne National Park, 330 km from Porte d 'Auteuil in Paris. Former 250 m2 hunting pavilion located in a park of 2 hectares of landscaped, the house is perfectly equipped. It was completely restored in 2014. Furnished in a fairly contemporary style, it offers, summer and winter, a soothing setting in the heart of the nature. The swimming pool (9x4) is made of concrete, heated to 28° from May to September.

Nearby you can visit the village of Solignac, the ruins of Chalucet, the Parc du Reynou, the Limousine Park, ... Oradour sur Glane is 30 minutes away. It can be the starting point for hikes. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Breakfast can be used for you under conditions.
