Bordeaux Wine Getaway

We sought by renovating this building to marry the old and the modern and to give this cottage a spirit year 1900 date when it was built. The entire household electrical system is new. The accommodation is bold with stone construction, cool in summer and several shaded areas in the park allow you to rest. You have access to the entire cottage and park. (The entire cottage and park is private), there is only the pool which is available only occasionally depending on the period and the occupation of it. (contact us as soon as you book to ensure the available slots of the pool). We are close to the cottage, so we can inform you during the entire stay. Give you some good tips or learn about places to visit in the area. Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, between Saint-Émilion and Blaye, the cottage enjoys a quiet and wooded environment, conducive to relaxation. Several hiking trails pass within a few hundred meters. You are 1 km from Gauriaguet train station which serves the city of Bordeaux (30 minutes) and St André de Cubzac (10 minutes). Depending on the booking dates of your stay, you can enjoy our heated swimming pool or the activities offered there. (Aquagym, Aquabike).

Nice and lovely house Bordeaux Chartrons

Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

Maison moderne, confortable et cosy. Dans un cadre atypique et tranquille. A 1mn du tram, 10 mn du centre ville de Bordeaux. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée. Proximité toutes commodités, frais de stationnement dans la rue pris en charge, wifi et buanderie. Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes. Le passage est un endroit très tranquille, nous vous demanderons de respecter la tranquillité de nos voisins et de limiter le bruit à l'extérieur.
