Home of the San Francisco Giants Spring training field at Scottsdale Stadium is just a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of golf courses, hiking, Phoenix Zoo and Botanical Gardens are all close by. Kitchen with everything included- induction stove, ninja oven, Keurig coffee. Bathroom with shower, deep soaking tub, 32 inch flat screen so you can watch while you soak. Less than 1 mile to Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores (Fry's/Sprouts/Whole Foods), pharmacies and more. Close to several hospitals. Everything you need is minutes away! 2 blocks from Amberwood park. Perfect for single travelers, couples, up to 3 guests. Must be 25 years minimum age. No kids under 12 years of age (my home is not suitable for small children).

This two-bedroom, one-bath suite with private entry is close to all Scottsdale has to offer. Enjoy our large backyard with ramada, pool, fire pit, and private grill. Close to great shopping, restaurants, and golf. There is over 750 square feet of living space. Cool off during the hot months in the pool or relax with a game of bocce ball or horse shoes. The space is separated from the remainder of the residence where we have two golden retrievers and a purrfect black cat.

One story house. Next to San Tan Village Mall, Top Golf and commercial areas. Shopping, restaurants entertainment, movies are just less than a mile away. Heated private pool in the backyard. No charge for heating the pool! Free Wifi. Free Netflix online movies. Cable TV. Free Breakfast: Coffee, Milk, Tea, Bread, Eggs, Pancake (Waffle) mix, Cereals. Licensed short term rental house.
