For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located close to the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more. Sperring Blick adventure with private sauna

Kick back and relax in this calm, rustic space on the edge of Steyrling surrounded by mountains, forest, rivers and lakes. The apartment is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the gas grill to the hand blender, 2 TVs. With sauna, garden, terrace.... The reservoir is 3 minutes away by car. The Steyrling river flows not far from the house. In summer there are beautiful gravel banks and the opportunity to refresh yourself. (200 m from the house). Guest house, Bongos Pizza and village shop are a 5-minute walk.

Fine alpine hut in a sunny secluded location

Small but great alpine hut in Zirbenland. Sunny secluded location, but still very easily accessible, not far from the asphalt road. The spot is something for peace-seeking self-catering. The real luxury at this place is the seclusion, the tranquility and the alpine and mountain panorama. When the sun is blinking through the windows in the morning and grazing the sheep and horses outside, your heart rises! On clear nights you have a fantastic starry sky, as there are very few light sources all around.

A traditional wooden cottage features a charming balcony adorned with blooming flowers. A picnic table is positioned on a stone patio in front, surrounded by lush green grass and trees. The structure is framed by a clear blue sky and distant mountains.

Spend relaxing days in an old hut. You won't want for anything. Wi-Fi, TV, toilet shower, towels and linens are of course included. You can walk to the slopes and lifts and also have restaurants and shopping in the village. In summer you can explore the mountains from the cabins.

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful countryside. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, tiled stove, quiet location, terrace, fantastic views. My place is great for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.
