Historic Carl Ammende summer villa - best location

Luxorious 3-bedroom apartment is located in historic Ammende I Villa (built by Carl Ammende in 1896, also known as Carl Ammende summer villa). It has been wonderful vacation home for our family of 5 and great for hosting friends and relatives. It sleeps up to 8 people and is very spacious. It has the best possible location - 400 meters to the beach and close to several restaurants (our favorite is Supelsaksad!) Feel free to use our 5 bikes. Also includes sauna!

Guest House Near the Beach, No Cleaning Fee

Small guest house in our garden that suits well for couples and smaller families. We can host up to 3 people. The house is situated in a quiet area and is within walking distance from the beach and the city center. Visitors have free parking and are also able to use our garden. The city center is located 1,5 km away and the start of the beach is 800 m away. Wood for the sauna will be provided by us. You will be welcomed by our 2 Corgis and 2 cats!

Gorgeous 100m2 rooftop apartment with a sauna and fireplace at the very heart of Pärnu. The apartment has a balcony with a magical view over Old Town rooftops and it is nestled on the last floor of one of Pärnu's most historical buildings, built in 17th Century. Everything that Pärnu city has to offer is easily reachable with bike, scooter, bus or by walk. Kaubamajakas shopping centre, riverside promenade, jogging track and the sea are only a few steps away. There are many playgrounds around the house.

Private apartment is in the beach area of Pärnu, 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach and 20 minutes walk to the city center. To the supermarket MAXIMA is 10 minute walk. Apartment is fully renovated. We have a garden with terrace and barbeque. Free parking is in the yard.

A house with the bright space by the lake. Just 15 min drive away from Viljandi and you can enjoy tranquility surrounded by the nature. The house is built also for the winter conditions, meaning there is proper heating and heat insulation.
