This family friendly vacation resort has it all a 2 swimming pools, private bay access, an observation deck overlooking the water, bbq pits with a picnic area, horseshoes, basketball court and shuffleboard. This downstairs condo unit is 4 miles from Rockport Beach Park, less than a mile from Fulton Fishing Pier which is surrounded by a number of restaurants and bars to enjoy. STR#348437 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit sleeps 4. This cute little unit is nestled in the back of our property in a single story building. It is a quiet getaway. There is a BBQ pit and picnic table located outside the front door. The large pool and beach walkway is a very short walk for you to enjoy. Where there are additional BBQ grills and tables. The boat parking is provided at the front of the property by the dumpsters. Our beach walkway will lead you to beach at marker #3.
