It is located on the ground floor. It makes it ideal for the elderly from its small terrace. La casa mejor ubicada del fraccionamiento, con vista al norte, a las montañas, y frente a los jardines de la casa club, en donde se encuentra una palapa con una amplia alberca. Se ha aprovechado esta ubicación para tener la sala y el comedor dispuestos de par en par de cara a los jardines, así como una terraza abierta en el segundo nivel. Al estar situada a lado del campo de golf de Club Santiago, se puede usar el campo y hacer caminatas. Cuenta con aireacondicionado en todas las habitaciones.

Apartment 2-D for 4 PEOPLE on the 2nd floor. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining room and balcony overlooking the Boulevard. We have common areas on the 4th floor: PANORAMIC POOL, PALAPA BAR, BARBECUE and ACCESS TO the BEACH just 40 meters!!! We have umbrellas and beach chairs for the use of our guests as well as bicycles. CLEANING at extra cost Rent per night, week or month. Canadian Sr. Citizens are very welcome for long term stays!
