Elegant Tuscan apartment in 15th century village

This elegant pieds a terre is on the quiet side of Montepulciano, the highest hill town in Tuscany built in the 15th century. It has a priceless view of the country side but is only a 5 minute walk to the Piazza Grande where some of the movie "Under the Tuscan Sun" was filmed. It has all the modern conveniences along with heated terra cotta floors and a gas fireplace enclosed in an antique French marble mantle. While there is no TV per say, there is a large TV screen connected to a DVD player.

You’ll love my place because of the views, the outdoors space (swimming pool, terrace, barbecue, lots of olive trees), the ambiance (we are an organic farm as well). My place is good for couples, families (with kids), groups (max 8 people) and pets (we have a labrador here!).
