This unit offers an inviting open-floor plan with a peek of the ocean. Living room has two love seats, and smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. Not a resort vibe; not a luxury hotel. Enjoy a great getaway in this well maintained 1 bedroom 2 bath condo in a quiet small complex, only a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the west coast of Florida. This area is amazing and has a ton of things to do and see and great restaurants within walking distance. We have provided the majority of the necessary beach gear, towels,etc... Full kitchen, keurig and coffee maker & heat/pool. Parking is available for 1 car only.

Condo directly on the beach. It features one bedroom with a comfortable King Bed, a Queen Sofa Sleeper in living area, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit. There is a nice Pool and Jacuzzi, Shuffleboard Court, and a spacious covered area with 2 BBQ grills. Great location-walk to shopping, bank, grocery store, restaurants, and bars AWESOME!
